About Us

This is where you should include a short piece introducing yourself – outlining your professional credentials, in addition to details about your life and your experience that brought you to mindfulness and wanting to train other people.

It should also include information about EverMindful – what you do, what you want to achieve and what you want those people who complete your training to get out of it.

You could include information about your Mindfulness accreditation here – and information about the organisation.

Nicola Conway - Mindfulness Practitioner and Trainer

Nicola Conway, Mindfulness Trainer

I’m Nicola, a registered nurse, with more than 25 years experience in mental health – and an accredited Mindfulness Trainer. I live in the lovely village of Gresford, just outside Wrexham, with my husband, Rob, and our three kids, Megan, Lottie and Ted.

Professionally, I trained as a mental health nurse in the early 1990s. And, apart from a brief period (where I was stationed on Guernsey, in the Channel Islands), I have worked in and around the North Wales region – mainly caring for adults and children with a variety of disabilities and mental health issues.

My own particular interest in ‘grounding’ meditation was triggered, many years ago, following my diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis. While the news – and the uncertainty it brought – was devastating, both for myself and my loved ones, I made a conscious decision to never let it take over my life. Instead, I do everything I can to maintain a positive, can-do attitude, remain grateful for all that life has given me, and try to share that strength and enthusiasm with my family and friends, the people I work with (colleagues and patients) and, now, my wonderful students.
